Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Lead Practitioner to join a busy Multi-Disciplinary Team based in Barnet.

Your main responsibilities as a Lead Practitioner:

• Take a lead in developing high quality social care practice and the professional development of staff and students across Adult Social Care and Health through specialist support and advice.
• Mentoring less experienced staff.
• Take responsibility for managing a small caseload of some of the more complex cases.
• To effectively manage and deliver Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty and Best Interest Assessments, cases and investigations where a citizen or carer may be at risk, referring to an independence mental capacity advocate (IMCA), as appropriate

What we are looking for in a Lead Practitioner:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
