Locality Support Worker – Leicestershire – Adults and Communities – Assessment
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Locality Support Worker to join our clients Assessment Team in Leicestershire.
As a successful Locality Support Worker, you will provide advice and information by a range of communication methods, including face to face contact, telephone, e mail, intranet and other appropriate basic services based on identified customer need, including redirecting inappropriate work.

Your duties as a Locality Support Worker in Leicestershire:
- You will contribute to the locality rota, including the tracking of work and gathering further information. Assessing information following strict guidelines and under the supervision of a Team Senior
- You will create and maintain accurate customer records in a timely manner
- You will assist with basic practical tasks to ensure safer communities, facilitation of hospital discharges and timely responses to customer needs
- You will review stakeholder information against the Department data base system, action under the direction of the Team Senior and collate in report format
- You will be flexible and innovative in taking on additional tasks appropriate to grading
- You will contribute to team meetings and within supervision
Essential requirements of this Locality Support Worker role:
- Experience of working in a health or social care setting
- Experience of dealing with members of the public by a range of communication methods demonstrating excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in partnership with colleagues and a range of allied services
- The ability to recognise when matters need to be escalated
- The legal right to work in the UK
