Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, SW or OT) to join a busy Mental Health Homeless Team based in Manchester.

You will be part of  short term assessment service working with people in a trauma informed way to identify a longer term mental health team and make appropriate referrals and transfer peoples care into the appropriate team.

Your main responsibilities as a Mental Health Practitioner:

You will carry out comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessments, mental state examinations and to create collaborative care plans with people they are assessing.

What we are looking for in a Mental Health Practitioner:

• Social Work England, HCPC or NMC registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work, OT or Mental Health Nursing
