Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Mental Health Social Worker to join the busy team at a Lambeth, London based Mental Health Team.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver appropriate interventions that address the needs of our patients.

Primary Responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• Conducting assessments of patients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs
• Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of patients and their families
• Providing support and guidance to patients and their families
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Providing crisis intervention and support to patients in distress

Further Information:

You will have significant experience in mental health social work and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
