Parent and Family Worker – Retford – Assessment
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Parent and Family Worker to join our client’s Team in Retford.

Your duties as a Parent and Family Worker:
- To work to deliver the targets set down in the service and team business plan.
- To complete specialist assessments of children, young people, parents, carers, and families in line with service guidance.
- To plan and deliver structured packages graduated parenting interventions to children, young people, parents, carers, and families in line with service guidance.
- To keep timely and accurate records of work, including running records and the entry of data as specified.
Further Requirements:
As a Parent and Family Worker, you will carry out specialist assessments and to deliver structured interventions to children, young people, and families.
Essential requirements of a Parent and Family Worker:
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK licence.
- A minimum of two years’ experience of working with children, young people and their families (either paid or voluntary)
- post-qualified experience
