Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Practice Manger to join the Leaving Care Team based in Northamptonshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Practice Manager:
As part of the management team, you will supervise a team of Personal Advisors and also take on a duty rota role which occurs one day per week. You will also be responsible for the induction of any new staff, as well as allocating new cases as directed by the Team Manager. In addition, you will be required to monitor the desktop, authorising In Touch visits and Pathway Plans, as well as signing off risk assessments.
What we are looking for in a Practice Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
