Your duties as a Social Worker:

• To work with PSS management to deliver a high-quality service to parents/carers, schools, partner agencies, their children, and other members of their family.
• To offer one to one direct and group work, with families in their homes, schools’ other venues across the borough
• To work with PSS management to deliver all PSS plans and meet the highest standards in the Performance Management and Quality Assurance Framework.

Further requirements:

As a social worker you will undertake all duties in relation to the provision of assessments, report writing and case management, regarding all matters relating to PSs clients in accordance with legislation and all relevant Enfield policies and procedures. What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
