Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Work Registered Manager to join the Independent Fostering Agency based in Birmingham.
The Registered Manger will be accountable for the strategic planning and development aspects of fostering resources and support functions in the registered company. As well as working in accord with the policies and procedures of the agency relevant to statute and national guidelines.

Duties as a Social Work Registered Manager:
- Promote and work with an awareness that New Life Fostering provides a therapeutic,professional fostering service for local authorities when placing children and young people
- Be accountable for the strategic planning and development aspects of fostering resources and support functions.
- Working in accord with the policies and procedures of New Life Fostering relevant to statute and national guidelines.
Requirements as a Social Work Registered Manager:
- Social Work degree or equivalent
- Level 5 NVQ in Management
- Experience within independent Fostering Agencies
- Right to work in the UK
- Social Work England registered
