Job Title: Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Croydon, London
Salary: £32,000 + bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours Monday – Friday
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to open and develop a new and exciting project for Adults within the Croydon area. You will be joining a fantastic provider who offers Supported living, Semi-Independent Living and Independent living; as well as deliver state-of-the-art facilities in relation to Emergency beds, Ex-offenders, Community Interventions, Asylum Seekers. Each service user is provided a local guide which has in-depth information including the nearest gyms, community centres and libraries. Aspirational accommodation means clientele can take pride in their living space and live exemplary and fulfilling lives.
Your key responsibilities as the Registered Domiciliary care manager:
As the Registered Manager you will Register with CQC, develop a new project which offers support to adults within the Croydon area, you will have responsibility for staff and the care workers and support workers out in the field. You will drive the business forward to achieve/exceed KPI’s and targets whilst maintaining relationships with clients, local authority, service users and their families. You will ensure care worker compliance – CQC and company rules and regulations are maintained. You will manage the budgets and be responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff.
The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable and dynamic individual who can use their previous experience and understanding of Domiciliary provisions to ensure the home, staff and young people thrive. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and lead your team to greatness.
Essential Requirement:
- Hold a Level 3 in Health and social care
- Level 5 in leadership and management is desirable
- Good knowledge around CQC and the 5 key lines of enquiry
- Hold at least 4 years’ experience working within a similar field and at least 2 years’ experience at a manager or senior level
- Hold a Full UK driving licence
