Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a Fostering Team based in Northamptonshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
- You will be responsible for leading and developing the agency through innovative practice.
- You will be managing the fostering service ensuring all children are well supported and maximise their potential through the recruitment, support and supervision of foster carers.
- Working with key stakeholders as part of the SLT.
What we are looking for in a Registered Manager:
- We are looking for an experienced manager with a solid background in children’s social care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as strong coaching skills that allow you to use your experience to make a real difference to the service.
- An ambition to make a real difference to the lives of service users.
