Job Title- Registered manager 
Location- West Midlands 
Salary- £54,779 to £58,090 plus a market supplement and generous travel and relocation package

About the role 

• Responsible for the management of the service, making sure all statutory requirements are met and exceeded
• Providing supervision for team managers 
• Implement and develop policies and procedures based on statutory guidance to ensure the service is meeting the needs of the the children and carers 

About You

• An experienced manager with the ability to lead and encourage a team 
• Fantastic communication Skills and the ability to engage both children and carers 
• Ability to work with relevant stakeholders 
• A good understanding of performance management and a commitment to providing a high quality service for service users
