About this role:
The Residential and Edge of Care Service works with the most vulnerable children and families, including those on the edge of care, within the care system and preparing for independence. The strategic aim of this service is to deliver integrated and individualised interventions to promote best outcomes for children and their families.
Solo homes provide short term and emergency accommodation for 1-2 children who are unable to thrive in a larger home setting at the point of admission. The solo homes provide intensive support packages and assessments for young people aged 12-17 with an aim to transition onto our internal larger provisions or reunify to their family.
What are the requirements for this role?
- Level 5 qualification in Management
- Social Work Qualified and be SWE registered
- Be able to demonstrate managerial experience
- Be able to work the on call rota shift
