Residential Support Worker – Chester – SEN School

Hours: 37.5 per hour
Start date: 3rd Janurary 2023

 
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for multiple experienced Residential Support Workers to join our clients SEN School in Chester.
 
As a successful Residential Support Worker, your role will be to fully support the daily needs of young people to deliver the highest quality of Care to those who reside in the residential setting

Previous experience and knowledge required for the role of Residential Support Worker:

  • Experience in a care setting
  • Experience of working with Young people with challenging behaviour
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and practice within residential the childcare
  • Ability to contribute to written reports

Essential requirements of this Residential Support Worker role:

  • Up-to- date safeguarding knowledge
  • GCSE English
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care or a willingness to work towards this qualification
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The legal right to work in the UK
