Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our clients SEN School Service based in Chester.
 
All young people at the school are one to one supported. Your purpose as a Residential Team Leader will involve working closely with the academic staff and with families to create a safe and nurturing environment for the pupils in your care.

• You will support the daily needs of the pupils to deliver the highest quality of care to the boarders

Essential requirements of this Residential Team Leader role:

• Extensive experience of working with children in a similar setting
• Experience of leading and managing staff NVQ Level 3 in Residential childcare or equivalent
• GCSE English and Maths
• The ability to organise and lead recreational activities Positive behaviour Support Understanding of Person-centred approach
• The legal right to work in the UK
