Essential requirements for the role:

• A knowledge and understanding of the needs of people with mental health problems
• Experience of racial awareness/diversity training/cultural competence
• Skilled in the assessment and monitoring of common physical health problems and able to deliver appropriate care.

What we are looking for in a Senior Community Practitioner:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
