Essential requirements as a Senior Practitioner:

• Experienced in undertaking supervision of staff
• Managing and delegating complex cases
• Excellent knowledge of all relevant legislation. 

What we are looking for in a Senior Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
