Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Adults Team based in Islington.

As a Senior Practitioner, a key part of your role will be to give leadership and support to staff within the team to carry out the full spectrum of statutory responsibilities under the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and other related law and policy.

Your duties as a Senior Practitioner in Islington:

• Carry out your roles in a strengths based way to a high quality.
• Always reflect on and continually improve practice.
• Hold a case load of your own and exemplify best practice in working with adults in strengths based and person centred way.
• Connecting service users with informal, community based support wherever possible.
• Be fully committed to working in partnership with residents, carers, community based organisations and other key professionals involved in enabling people to be as independent as they possibly can.

Your requirements as a Senior Practitioner in Islington:

• Registration with Social Work England.
• A satisfactory enhanced DBS check (adults and children).
• A full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes.
• Senior experience
• Eligible to work in the UK
