Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner or SW to join a busy Child Protection / Child in Need Team based in Enfield.

Essential requirements for the role:

• To have a clear understanding of the child protection procedures.
• Is able to carry out comprehensive child and family assessments and conference reports with clear and concise analysis.
• Is able to complete court statements that demonstrate the journey of the child/ren and identify risk.
• Is able to keep to deadlines and is conscious of keeping records up to date an in order at all times.
• Able to communicate affectively and clearly with parents, young people and professionals.
• To have an understanding of domestic abuse, CSE, gangs and drug use with adults and young people.
• To have a clear understanding of the Public Law Outline Process

What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
