Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to join a busy Support Care Management Team based in Bedford.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Social Worker:

• Supervisory/management of social workers and community support workers
• Triaging of incoming referrals/concern/queries
• Allocating/delegating work
• Ensuring cases are progressed to a conclusion
• Negotiating with care management teams to transfer cases once contact team have concluded their input.

What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
