Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Greenwich.

Essential requirements for the role:

• Ability to deal with complex discharge planning including completion of mental capacity assessments and making best interest decisions
• Dealing with Safeguarding concerns
• Ability to manage duty manager role including checking and signing off completed assessments.

What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
