Senior Social Worker – Northamptonshire – Duty and Assessment
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our client’s Duty and Assessment in Northamptonshire. The Duty and Assessment team covers short term work as once initial assessment is completed the cases get transferred.

Your role as a Duty and Assessment Senior Social Worker:
- The team provide the front line, single point of contact for the public and professionals who are making referrals with concerns for children who are at risk of significant harm or who are children in need.
- Working with a broad range of agencies and services in the region, you will be responsible for responding to new referrals from professionals and members of the public.
Essential requirements of this Senior Social Worker role:
- Qualified Social Worker, with Social Work England registration
- Extensive post qualified experience in Children’s Services
- You must have the capabilities to support newer members of staff
- The legal right to work in the UK
