Your main responsibilities as a Senior Social Worker:

• Undertake strengths-based assessments in highly complex situations.
• Maintain a sophisticated understanding and application of relevant legislation, advanced social work skills and knowledge.
• Utilise your skills to develop and implement effective plans of support aimed at improving wellbeing and delivering better outcomes for people. as well as contributing to and developing skills in safeguarding.

What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
