Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a Team in Bushey.

Primary Responsibilities as a Senior Support Worker:

• Supervise the staff team and ensure they support the people living there in the right and safe manner according to their support plans and the managers instructions.
• Ensure staff are working correctly and that daily checks are carried out according to policy.
• Able to concentrate on updating files for everyone and has therefore not got capacity to also be out on the floor. 

 What we are looking for in a Senior Support Worker:

• Must be medication and Buccal Midazolam trained
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
