About the role/you

   We are looking for a talented service manager with strong operational social work management experience, a sound understanding of what best practice look like and a passion for  supporting staff to drive improvement. This position offers a rare opportunity to broaden management experience and develop planning, intervention and safeguarding experience at first point of statutory intervention.

You will lead a service area delivering assessments and investigations for children and young people referred to statutory service. You will also lead the response to NRPF as well as manage the edge of Care pilot.  You will be able to lead projects and undertake leadership training as part of the role and will be supported by the Head of Service.
