Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Sessional Tutor to join our client’s team in Slough.

Due to the nature of this role, our client requires a social worker who has post qualified experience in a similar role.

Your duties as a Sessional Tutor role:

• In negotiation with learners set challenging, SMART targets that are incorporated within individual learning plans considering the differentiated needs of the learners
• Undertake a range of initial and diagnostic assessments which informs the planning and delivery of teaching, learning and assessment
• Undertakes regular, documented reviews with learners which includes progress, achievement, and constructive feedback
• Provide high quality IAG throughout the learning journey. To actively monitor, track and support learners with their employability needs

Further requirements:

As a Social Worker, you will plan and deliver excellent, quality accredited and non-accredited programmes that meets the individual needs of learners which enables them to achieve their goals and supports them to access further learning or employment opportunities
 
What we are looking for in a Sessional Tutor:

• Must hold Qualified Teachers’ Status (QTS)
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
