Your main responsibilities as a Social Work Practice Development Manager:
- Develop and drive continuous professional development across children’s services
- Take the lead on our student and ASYE offer, developing strong partnerships with providers, Skills for Care and partners.
- Play a key role in workforce development
- Lead and supervise the Practice Development Team
What we are looking for in a Social Work Practice Development Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
