Your main responsibilities as a Social Work Practice Development Manager:

• Develop and drive continuous professional development across children’s services
• Take the lead on our student and ASYE offer, developing strong partnerships with providers, Skills for Care and partners.
• Play a key role in workforce development
• Lead and supervise the Practice Development Team

What we are looking for in a Social Work Practice Development Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
