Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Social Work Team Manager to join our clients Children in Care Court Team in Northamptonshire.

Northamptonshire are seeking a highly experienced practitioner with previous managerial experience preferred. You will be managing a busy Court Team consisting of an Advanced practitioner and up to 6 Social Workers/Senior Social Workers and ASYE Workers.

 Main responsibilities as a Social Work Team Manager:

• To lead, manage and direct the day-to-day responsibilities of the team 
• To recruit and develop your staff through supervision following the trust’s requirements
• To manage budgets and ensure efficient and effective use of resources
• To ensure health and safety measures are adhered to 

Essential requirements of this Social Work Team Manager role:

• You will be Social Work England registered, with the legal right to work in the UK
• You will have extensive Social Work experience within relevant teams
