Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join our clients MASH Team in Northamptonshire, working part time hours. The MASH Team consists of Senior Social Workers and MASH officers.

Main responsibilities as a Social Work Team Manager: 

• Recruit and develop your staff through consistent supervision
• Lead, manage and direct the day-to-day responsibilities 
• Manage budgets and ensure the efficiency of the teams resources
• Maintain health and safety procedures

Essential requirements of this Social Work Team Manager role: 

• You must be Social Work England registered
• You must have extensive Social Work experience in relevant teams
• Qualified Social Worker
• The legal right to work in the UK
