About the Role
This role is a case holding role of 16, 17 and 18 year old young people in care, managing care proceedings and the associated tasks necessary, supporting young people by ensuring pathways are followed, prior to leaving care and handing over to a Personal Advisor within the team.
You will hold a degree in Social Work, be registered with Social Work England and have completed your ASYE.
You will be able to demonstrate expert and effective practice that reflects a commitment to relationship and strengths-based practice
A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
