Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Assessment Team based in Cardiff.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• To cover the Winter Pressure period and provide assessment and mental capacity expertise.
• Supporting Grant funded plans to assist in speedy discharges and to support some citizens in the community when required.
• Particular responsibility for working with those with a diagnosis of dementia who are destined for care home placement and linked to the D2A beds funded by Health.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
