Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Community Team based in Ceredigion

To Provide a community based model of Social Work and identify outcomes for individuals to support the development of progression focused support in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures of the Council and best practice. 

The social Services, Health and Housing Directorate provides a wide range of services to Adults in need and their carers. As a Social worker within the directorate you will play a key role in assessing the needs of individuals, arranging suitable support packages based on identified outcomes of the individual, identify appropriate resources to meet those outcomes and keeping under regular and systematic review the extent to which outcomes are being delivered.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK license 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
