Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Joint Emergency Team based in Greenwich.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• Provide medical and nursing interventions, urgent social care packages and safeguarding response for service users over 18 years of age
• Referrals will come from 111, GP’s, Local Authority and Front Door Team
• Support service users in their own homes
• Assess needs of service users and provide care package in efficient manner
• Provide a person centric service to service users

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
