Social Worker – Kingston – Referral & Assessment

We are currently looking for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join a Referral & Assessment Team within Achieving for Children based in Kingston.

Responsibilities of this Social Worker role include:

  • Manage an agreed caseload of child and young people to safeguard and protect the welfare of young people
  • Complete short-term work to meet needs and prevent long term involvement
  • To prepare and maintain case records and other casework information
  • Formulate care plans in partnership based on the child or young person’s assessment of need

Essential requirements of this Social Worker role include:

  • You will need a relevant social work qualification and Social Work England registration
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Qualified as a social worker 
  • UK Driving License holder
