Social Worker – Lancashire County Council – Adult SIAS Team
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Screening and Initial Assessment Team (SIAS) Team based in Lancashire.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
Working in a very busy high volume work environment you will use a strength-based approach to provide assessment and short-term support to people to help prevent, reduce, or delay the need for care as well as promoting independence and safety. You will be used to using computers and experience of Lancashire’s Liquid Logic (LAS) record system would be an advantage. You will have and in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory procedures as well as being able to demonstrate competency in all areas of the Professional Capabilities Framework for Social Work.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
