Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our clients Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children Team in Leicestershire.

As a successful Social Worker, you will have post qualified experience within Children in Care. Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children experience is desirable, but not essential for this role.

Your duties as a Social Worker in Leicestershire:

• Dealing with young people ages 15+
• Completing assessment to determine ages, finding accommodation in county.
• Looking for SW’s with experience in CIC
• Required to attend team meetings on Wednesday
• Duty in CIC team roughly once a fortnight (one day)

 
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children experience is desirable, but not essential
• Age assessment experience desirable but not essential
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
