The role:

The children with disabilities service offers extensive service to children with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and life limiting health conditions.

As a Social Worker within the CWD team, you’ll be responsible for receiving and co-ordinating complex referrals and performing the resulting assessments, making professional judgements to create care plans for children and families.

About you:

– Must have a social work degree and be Social Work England registered
– Must have experience working with children and families as a qualified social worker

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
