Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy General Locality Team based in Medway.

You will undertake person-centred assessments and empower individuals to make choices that promote their health, well being and independence.

Essential requirements as a Social Worker:

• Must be a car driver (hold a full licence and have a car)
• Previous experience of carrying out Social Care assessments and Mental Capacity assessments.
• Safeguarding experience and knowledge of the relevant parts of Care Act.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
