Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Multidisciplinary Community Social Care Team based in Newham.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

The core functions of this role include assessment, support planning, long term support arrangements, and review for customer in the community with complex needs. The post holder will be required to carry out Mental Capacity Assessments.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
