Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

The Social Worker will undertake reviews and associated caseload management tasks as part of the integrated locality team (HASS) supporting adults within a number of specialisms, older adults, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
