Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Safeguarding Adults Team based in Rotherham.

Essential requirements for the role:

• To have knowledge and experience of applying statutory legal frameworks and policies including the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Making Safeguarding Personal, and Continuing Healthcare Frameworks.
• Root your practice in compassion, social work values and theories, understanding the why of what we do in our unique profession, to best promote people’s wellbeing.
• Be confident in working with situations of varying complexity, and be able to make appropriate decisions quickly to support those in crisis, and to ensure people are seen and supported in a timely manner.
• Know how to work with our partner agencies to help people find solutions to maximise their independence and resilience, enabling people to take positive risks, and lead good lives.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
