Social Worker – Middlesbrough – Assessment Team
 
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join the busy team at a Salford based Duty and Assessment Team.

You will need to have experience in working with Children and families and preferably on a Duty and Assessment Team.

Primary Responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• Keep all recordings up to date and child focused, reflecting the voice of the child and impact of their daily lived experience.
• Undertake purposeful professional assessments with families which consider child’s needs, presenting risks, and protective factors with clear analysis and plan to support the required changes change
• Understand and identify pathways for children at the right level for their need and that of their family
• To undertake varied and complex work, across early intervention and statutory levels

Further Information:

You will have knowledge and experience of Safeguarding and of legislation, regulations and guidance relating to Children’s social care, together with an ability to assess and manage risk.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
