Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker include:

• Providing an excellent service for people identified as needing social work support;
• Liaising with other professionals as required;
• Managing workload, receiving referrals, responding to the needs and requests of the person as appropriate.
• Working in a timely and efficient manner.
• Focusing on outcomes and promoting the person’s independence, choice and control;
• Focusing on the person’s strengths, natural and community support networks in achieving outcomes;
• Identifying alternative ways of achieving outcomes as appropriate (e.g assistive technology etc).
• Working effectively as part of a team and having a positive and solutions- focused approach

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
