Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Post Discharge Hospital Team based in Solihull.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• To carry out needs led assessments of adults within the guidelines of Community Care Act.
• To care manage straight forward and complex cases including Safeguarding Adults and Deprivation of Liberty.
• Co-ordinating and reviewing multi-service care packages.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
