Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Adult Carers Team based in the South East.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker include:

• Undertake cases independently and demonstrate an ability to adapt the approach from first principles to deal with more complex or unusual case, assessing and managing risks appropriately. 
• Work with Older Adults, families, carers and communities to help them express their needs and make informed decisions and contribute to service planning.
• Take necessary action in accordance with Safeguarding procedures in order to protect vulnerable service users.
• Review and monitor care plans and the quality of service provision responding to changing needs and renegotiating service provision where appropriate.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
