Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the busy Adult Locality Team based in the South West.

In this role as a successful social worker you will undertake person-centred assessments and to empower individuals to make choices that promote their health, wellbeing and independence. You will also work collaboratively with people who have complex needs to formulate support plans that maximise abilities, enable individuals to make choices and to work towards their identified goals.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker include:

• Working with vulnerable adults
• Carrying out risk assessment
• Mental capacity assessments
• Arranging and reviewing practising care
• Best interest decisions
• Looking after budgets
• Commissioning services
• Continuing health care applications

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
