Social Worker – Tameside – MASH/Early Help Hub – £35ph
 
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the MASH/Early Help Hub based in Tameside.

This is an exciting opportuntity for an experienced Social Worker to join the team as they continue to make a real impact on children’s lives in Tameside.

Duties as a MASH/Early Help Hub Social Worker:

• Working with colleagues who are passionate about delivering the best possible service to children, young people and their families.
• Maintaining relationships with a variety of different teams and local authorities
• Gathering and collating relevant information with our partner agencies.
• Analysing the information to make professional judgements and recommendations
• Co-located with health, education, GMP, Probation, IDVA Service, CAMHS and Early Help.

Requirements as a MASH/Early Help Hub Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
