Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Children in Care 14-18 Team based in Warwickshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

• You will deliver a flexible and modern approach to working with care experienced young people with a focus on using Warwickshire’s Restorative approach and ensuring relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
• Preparation and regular updating of Care Planning regulations
• Preparation and regular updating of person centered Pathway Plans for young people and ensuring their voice is heard throughout. 

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
