Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Supervising Social Worker to join a busy Fostering Connected Carers Team based in Manchester.

Your main responsibilities as a Supervising Social Worker:

• Holding a professional responsibility for a case load of family and friends connected carers
• Supervising and supporting connected carers
• Completing viability and full connected carers assessments
• Working within tight timescales and court deadlines
• Presenting cases to fostering panel
• Supervising Regulation 24 placements
• Completing SGO assessments and drive permanence for children
• Ensuring each carers personal records are maintained within the required standards.
• Undertaking home visits, assessment visits, unannounced visits and supervision visits

What we are looking for in a Supervising Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
