Support Worker – Children – South London
Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Children’s Support Worker to join a fantastic team in South London.
As a successful Children’s Support Worker, you will be supporting primary and secondary age children to take part in activities such as arts and crafts, team games, outdoor games and enhancing their life skills.
You will also be supporting those that have chosen to take part in activities in the local community.

What will you be doing as a Children’s Support Worker in South London?
- You will be required to build strong relationships with the children and young people you are working with, adapting your approach as needed
- You will provide a safe environment for children to have fun, try new experiences and thrive
- You will keep records of children’s development and learning
- You will be carrying out personal care and administering medication (training provided)
- You will deliver interventions to children, young people, or families on a 1:1 basis or in a group
- You will maintain effective working relationships and channels of communications with
colleagues and with children, young people, and families and where necessary
encourage and promote involvement to achieve positive outcomes
Essential requirements of this Children’s Support Worker role:
- Full UK licence holder
- Previous experience working with children and young people
- Relevant qualification in children’s social care
- The legal right to work in the UK
