Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Support Worker (Female) to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Merton.

Your main responsibilities as a Support Worker:

Support customers discharge from hospital or in the community with activities of daily living, personal care, meals, toileting, medication, may be light domestic tasks. Please note you may need to provide personal care to both male/female.

What we are looking for in a Support Worker:

• Preferably driver and car user
• Had both vaccines
• Able to work with customers COVID 19 tested positive
